As part as a supplemental project to PICREID focusing on enhancing surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 variants in Asia and Africa, researchers from Institut Pasteur du Cambodge have deposited over 2000 genomic sequences of the virus to the GISAID platform. The accession numbers of these sequences are available in the attached PDF.
